BIBLEChristian IRC Connection comes with a comprehensive set of Bible tools allowing you to post verses to an IRC channel, Look up a verse, and Search the bible for a word or phrase.
You may also have your script act as a bible bot so others can post verses to a channel.
You can change the look of posted verses with the Bible Settings dialog
Select the Font and Size of the Bible verse
Add your brackets to the before and after version
Select the Bracket Color, text color and Chapter color from the drop down menus.
Example: -={ KJV }=- John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
In the Channel you wish to post the verse use the following format Command: /Version Book Chapter:Verse
Example: /KJV John 3:16
To Look up a Bible verse or Post to yourself You have two options.
Tip: The version name is the three letter abbreviation of the version used.
Examples:
Currently supported versions are: KJV, NASB, NKJV, ASV, NIV, AMP,
WEB, and MES other versions can be added following the Bible Version addition
section of this manual.
Important Note: The Script only comes with the KJV Bible. For all other versions you must get approval of the Copyright holder before you can use them. In most cases they can be used without cost or permission if less than 50 scriptures make up the full text. Please check with the copyright holder for further clarification.

Tip: The book name must be either the full name of the book or first three characters.
Two Books of the Bible have had their abbreviations changed JUDGES - JDG and Philemon - PHL This was to prevent mix-ups with other like-spelled books.
